Who we are
Artificial Civil Disobedience
We make retroreflective slogan script for vehicles. Small scripts. Big statements. Visible at 65 mph.
The name
Artificial Civil Disobedience is a contradiction on purpose. The civil part is the medium — a script, legal, non-destructive, removable. The disobedience is the message — a refusal to be invisible, to drive in silence, to let the road be a blank.
We didn't want a brand name that sounded like a startup. We wanted one that sounded like a position.
What we're doing
We design retroreflective slogan scripts sized for license plate frames — 1" tall, 12" wide, built to survive weather, speed, and the occasional car wash.
Every slogan we make is something we'd put on our own bumper. Provocative without being cruel. Political without being partisan. Loud without being noise.
Say something
Silence is a choice. So is script.
Make it last
Retroreflective grade. Built for the road, not the trash.
Keep it legal
No vandalism. No damage. Just a script and a statement.
Own the lane
Your bumper is real estate. Use it.
